Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for items purchased at full price.
- Items purchased using discount codes, promotional offers, or during sales are not eligible for refunds.
- For discounted or sale items, customers may request store credit only.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, returned items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Include all original tags
- Be returned in original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Process
- All returns must be requested by emailing help@rima.me
- Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Processing Time
-Refunds or store credit will only be issued after the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact help@rima.me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or store credit, unless required by law.
