⚠️ Shipping Delays – What You Need to Know

We’re currently processing a much higher number of orders than usual. That surge slows down our packing and shipping speed — not what we want, but you deserve the truth.

To keep delivery prices fair and inventory moving, we ship from multiple warehouses depending on the destination: USA, China, and France. With demand spiking across all locations, some orders take longer to leave the warehouse.

Normal delivery: 3–6 business days
Temporarily: Up to 15 business days

Your order will arrive — it just might need extra time to reach you. If it hasn’t shown up after 15 business days, contact our customer service at help@rima.me and include your order number so we can track it immediately.
